Job Summary

The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the logistics business, leading a team to ensure efficient service delivery. Key Responsibilities

Operational Management:

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Optimize routing and scheduling to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Team Leadership:

• Manage, mentor, and develop operations staff for optimal performance.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Process Improvement:

• Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements to enhance productivity.
• Utilize technology and data analytics to streamline workflows.

Budget and Resource Management:
