Cordros Capital Limited, a prominent financial services group in African markets renowned for wealth creation, is currently seeking qualified candidates to join our team:

Job Purpose:

We are in need of an Operations Officer for Cordros Registrars Limited who will oversee the day-to-day operations of the business. We seek a professional with a solid understanding of the registrars business and the financial services industry.

Objectives of this Role:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Registrars Business.
  • Ensure timely and accurate regulatory reporting.
  • Maintain comprehensive record-keeping for clients and company records.
  • Actively pursue new business opportunities.
  • Facilitate clients onboarding processes.
  • Utilize technology to drive 90% of service offerings.
  • Execute tasks with sound judgment and high competence to achieve a customer satisfaction rating of at least 90%.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely and error-free regulatory reports.
  • Maintain adequate record-keeping for clients and company records.
  • Actively prospect new business opportunities.
  • Facilitate clients’ onboarding processes.
  • Utilize technology to drive service offerings.
  • Demonstrate sound judgment and high competence in execution to achieve customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
Education:
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant disciplines such as Business Administration or Management Sciences.
  • An MSc or MBA will be an added advantage.
Work Experience:
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Prior experience within the Financial Services and Registrars Business.
Key Knowledge and Skills:
Knowledge:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites.
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and make informed decisions.
  • Understanding of the tenets of Registrar Business.
Skills:
  • Excellent analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure and take initiative.
