We have developed a world-class platform that aggregates savings and investment products for all classes of customers. We believe that our people need the best operational support to deliver exceptional service to our customers. We are seeking a dedicated People Operations Analyst to ensure that our facilities, tools, and processes enable smooth company operations. Your mission will be to help our people perform at their best, give their best, and have the best experience, by anticipating their needs and proactively meeting them.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Oversee daily administrative tasks, manage office resources, and ensure that both onsite and offsite work environments are supported with high-quality facilities and supplies.
- People & Culture Support: Collaborate with the People and Culture team to ensure that employees have a smooth experience from hiring to exit, addressing their needs proactively.
- HR Operations: Provide support in HR operations, contributing to the overall employee experience.
- Resource Management: Ensure that all necessary resources are available and provided to employees promptly to facilitate smooth operations.
- Employee Experience: Adopt a customer-centric approach in meeting employee needs and improving their work experience.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1 – 3 years of experience in Admin/HR within a structured organization; experience in the tech or fintech industry is an added advantage.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, a can-do spirit, and excellent interpersonal skills. A customer-centric approach to meeting employee needs is crucial.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with HR operations and administrative functions. Certification in Admin, facility management, or HR is a plus.
Reporting Line:
The People Operations Analyst will report to the Head of People and Culture.
Compensation:
The starting compensation for this role is between NGN400,000 – NGN600,000 monthly net.
