Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients.
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately.
  • Manage schedules, arrange meetings, and set appointments.
  • Make travel arrangements for the manager.
  • Take dictation and meeting minutes.
  • Source office supplies as needed.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefs.
  • Maintain and organize the office filing system.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree, FSLC, HND, NCE, or OND qualification.
  • 1 – 3 years work experience in a similar role.
Salary

₦70,000 – ₦150,000 Monthly
