Job Description

In this position, you will be responsible for developing and executing a full-funnel marketing strategy. You’ll oversee brand messaging, content, digital campaigns, partnerships, and customer engagement, working closely with leadership and other departments to drive growth.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is both creative and analytical, and who can bring structure, energy, and strategy to a small but passionate team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy & Planning

    • Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention

    • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to guide direction

    • Oversee social campaigns, and email marketing

    • Oversee website content, landing pages, and conversion optimization

    • Monitor analytics and KPIs to refine campaigns and improve ROI

  • Team Supervision:

    • Oversee junior staff and interns (ticketing officers, travel consultants)

    • Provide training, guidance, and support to ensure excellent performance

    • Develop compelling content for blogs, social media, email newsletters, and marketing collateral

    • Maintain consistent brand messaging and voice across all channels

    • Manage creative resources (designers, writers, or agencies as needed)

  • Partnerships & Promotions

    • Identify and manage corporate and affiliate partnerships

    • Plan and execute promotions and seasonal campaigns

  • Offline & Event Marketing

    • Coordinate participation in trade shows, travel fairs, or local events

    • Create brochures, flyers, and in-store marketing materials as needed
