Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Travel Consultant who has hands-on experience in handling customer service, making reservation and visa applications for multiple destinations. In this role, you’ll work directly with clients to plan their trips while also ensuring that all travel documentation and visa requirements are handled accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences

  • Create and sell customized travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, tours, and transfers

  • Provide end-to-end support for visa applications (tourist, business, student, etc.)

  • Advise clients on visa requirements, documentation, embassy procedures, and timelines

  • Liaise with consulates, embassies, and visa agencies to track applications

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changing visa regulations and travel restrictions

  • Handle travel insurance, foreign exchange, and other add-on services

  • Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after the trip

  • Keep accurate records of bookings, payments, and documents
