Job Overview

We are seeking a Procurement and Logistics Officer who is highly organized and detail-oriented to manage procurement processes and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation abilities and be capable of collaborating effectively with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure cost-effective, timely procurement and logistical coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with suppliers
  • Arrange transportation for purchased goods and monitor material usage
  • Develop strategies to resolve logistical challenges and barriers
  • Manage inventories, procurement records, and pricing documentation
  • Review and approve products and services to be procured
  • Update supplier records and performance data
  • Support procurement planning, service contracts, and lease management
  • Coordinate logistics for trainings, field activities, and meetings
  • Provide logistics support for inventory and equipment deployment
  • Oversee fleet planning, maintenance, and logistics filing systems
  • Serve as point of contact for logistics-related matters at the base
  • Ensure compliance with procurement and logistics policies
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • 4–5 years of relevant work experience
Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills
