Job Title: Product Support Analyst

Location: Lagos (Remote)
Job Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)

Job Summary

InEvent is hiring a Product Support Analyst to join our Customer Success team. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with strong technical curiosity, capable of learning the InEvent platform while serving as the bridge between Product, Customer Success, and clients. This role requires tech-savviness, organization, and a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and manage issue reports for the Customer Success team.
• Provide technical support to customers via chat and email (bugs, troubleshooting, etc).
• Collaborate with the Product team to ensure timely resolution of reported issues.
• Assist Customer Success with technical queries and support needs.
• Stay up to date with InEvent platform updates for accurate product support.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Engineering (preferred).
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Intermediate Google Sheets knowledge.
• Prior experience in a tech company or startup.
• Strong background in customer support or customer success (preferred).
• Knowledge of API integrations.
