They are currently recruiting for the position of a production Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Allocate tasks and supervise machine operators.
• Monitor production cycle times and ensure productivity goals are met.
• Minimize product rejections and ensure good housekeeping standards are upheld.
• Oversee machine output and resolve any operational issues.
• Manage mold changeovers and ensure quality control standards are met.
• Enforce the use of PPE and maintain a 5S workplace organization system.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
• Grade Alignment C+.
• Professional membership or certification from recognized institutions is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in the plastic industry.

Salary:
