Job Description:

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and operating production machines. Your duties will include ensuring a safe working environment, training employees on machine usage according to company policies, and completing tasks within your production line.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated understanding of packaging machines, compressors, generators, fryers, roasters, etc.
• Attention to detail and thoroughness in work.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Good time management, physical coordination, and dexterity.
• Strong leadership, training, and teamwork abilities.
