Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and successful execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and oversee projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure clear communication.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution.
  • Track project progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Utilize project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira) to monitor tasks.
  • Continuously improve processes and workflows to enhance efficiency.
Requirements
  • 3+ years proven experience in project management.
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Trello, Asana, Jira, Monday.com).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or other certifications are a plus.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Salary & Benefits
  • ₦200,000 – ₦250,000 monthly.
