Job Description
  • Develop and implement processes to identify and develop the capability of d.light Quality Centers.
  • Develop evaluation frameworks and collaborate with the Africa Support Team to improve KPIs related to Quality in Nigeria.
  • Track customer feedback, warranty reporting, product replacement, and top quality issue analysis.
  • Work with after-sales teams to carry out testing and quality control for all d.light products per specifications and standards.
  • Control incoming goods quality assessments and monitor Quality Center processes.
  • Provide detailed QA and maintenance reports to engineering, system, and manufacturing teams.
  • Develop testing procedures for new products and parts.
  • Manage feedback reporting on field tests and soft launches.
  • Create documentation for new products, services, and processes.
  • Drive improvements in test framework architecture and coverage.
  • Track quality and productivity metrics and collaborate with engineering teams to address gaps.
  • Provide after-sales training to service center officers, technicians, and sales teams.
  • Implement continuous improvement, corrective, and preventive actions on products.
  • Evaluate Quality Centers’ performance and audit after-sales activities quarterly.
  • Coordinate inventory management with service center managers, ensuring stock availability and compliance with system usage.
  • Provide weekly and monthly after-sales reports.
Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Operations, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years in an operational support role with experience in developing and deploying quality strategies for technology or FMHA functions.
  • Ability to understand business goals and recommend improvements in policies and procedures.
  • Strong mindset for continuous improvement and confidentiality.
  • Proficient in data analysis and technical reporting; strong knowledge of MS Office is required.
