Quantity Surveyor at Agro Preciso Limited

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in establishing client requirements and conduct feasibility studies to ensure proposals are viable.
• Negotiate pricing contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Research new materials for design and cost savings while implementing purchasing strategies for cost reductions.
• Review construction plans and prepare quantity requirements.
• Create scopes of work, forecast demand, and handle change order requests.
• Issue purchase orders and expedite materials and equipment for projects.
• Ensure compliance with project budgets and analyze deviations.

Education and Work Experience

• B.Tech. or M.Tech. in Quantity Survey.
• Minimum of 2–3 years post-graduation experience.
• Proficiency in construction software.
• Membership of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NIQS) and other relevant professional bodies.

Salary

₦110,000 – ₦130,000 per month
