Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage cost estimation, budgeting, and material control across construction projects
  • Monitor and report on project costs from inception to completion
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
  • Collaborate with stakeholders including contractors, clients, and professional teams
  • Maintain vendor register and oversee procurement of materials at optimal cost and quality
  • Recommend cost-effective materials and strategies that meet safety and suitability standards
  • Prepare and manage tenders, contract documentation, and budget tracking
  • Identify project risk factors and recommend timely interventions
  • Ensure full compliance with safety and regulatory standards
  • Provide periodic reports and updates to project stakeholders
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering
  • Minimum of 5 years’ project management experience in construction
  • Strong knowledge of cost estimation and control
  • Familiarity with construction project timelines and scheduling
  • Proficiency in project management tools and estimation software

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Office, and estimating software

₦200,000 – ₦250,000 Monthly
