About the Role
  • The Regional Marketing Execution Lead – AH Fragmented Trade collaborates with the Channel Marketing Manager, focusing on Fragmented Trade in the region, to drive shopper and channel management, campaign deployment, and new product management.
  • This role entails defining the channel strategy and success metrics for the AH Fragmented channel, deploying Point of Sale Materials (POSMs) to execute the aligned Picture of Success (PICOS) across micro-segments, and bringing national and regional marketing programs to life in outlets.
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a strategic partner and advisor to the Sales organization.
  • Facilitate planning, coordination, and communication among Sales, Marketing, and relevant agencies.
  • Develop a comprehensive view of channel and brand performance, proactively identifying ideas to support sales objectives.
  • Operationalize brand initiatives for the AH channel, ensuring alignment with plans and driving maximum business impact through post-activity reporting.
  • Explore innovative POSMs to maintain leadership at the Point of Sales.
  • Engage with sales leadership and conduct market visits to understand regional performance drivers.
  • Translate marketing programs into easily understandable formats for the sales team and share best practices from various regions.
  • Communicate and ensure execution of the Monthly Game Plan to the sales force.
  • Define a clear channel strategy for the fragmented trade channel, leveraging insights into channel and brand performance.
  • Provide frontline perspective and insights to the marketing team based on market visits and relationships with the sales team.
  • Execute and maintain PICOS for key outlets, activating newly recruited outlets and refreshing existing ones with the latest POSMs.
  • Utilize data and insights to deploy POSMs effectively, driving maximum impact.
  • Ensure quality validation and proper management of POSMs inventory to optimize utilization and storage conditions.

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a Business-related field.
  • Master’s Degree in Education is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of merchandising and point-of-purchase materials specification.
  • Excellent knowledge of beverage products and trade marketing expertise.
  • 3 – 5 years of Trade marketing or frontline experience.
  • Previous sales experience, combined with Marketing experience, is beneficial.
