Job Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Ensuring timely payments of salaries, bonuses, final settlements, and other employee benefits.
• Assisting with compensation survey analyses to inform pay structure decisions.
• Processing statutory remittances for employees in compliance with regulations.
• Maintaining pay structures across all levels to promote internal equity.
• Supporting the rewards team in activities aimed at providing competitive market reward data and analysis for pay proposals.
• Aiding in key compensation activities, including policy and process updates.
• Assisting in designing and implementing quarterly and annual recognition programs.
• Participating in rewards projects as needed.
• Reconciling outsourced employee invoices and coordinating with the finance team for prompt processing.
• Following up to ensure timely payment of exit benefits to departing staff.
• Distributing payslips to employees each month on time.
• Preparing monthly and quarterly HR reports that highlight trends and assist in developing programs and policies.
• Ensuring accuracy and integrity of compensation details in the HRIS and updating staff pay information as needed.
• Assisting with annual pay reviews and related business processes.
• Helping employees understand their pay packages, including flexible benefits.

Requirements

Candidates should have a B.Sc or HND with 2 years of experience in a similar role within the FMCG sector.
