About the Program

The Sahara Group Graduate Management Trainee Program (GMT) is designed to identify and develop emerging leaders to support Sahara Group’s growth ambitions. This 6-month program offers a blend of theoretical learning and hands-on experience to equip participants with essential skills and a global perspective.

Program Structure

The Sahara GMT Program provides recent graduates and young professionals with the skills to become future leaders at Sahara. The program focuses on real-world experience and skill-building, including foundational training, assignments, job rotations, high-impact projects, and mentoring. Graduates will gain a competitive edge in the global marketplace.

Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 2:1 in any discipline
• 0-2 years of post-graduate formal working experience
• Fluency in English (proficiency in French is a plus)
• A Master’s Degree and/or professional qualifications are advantageous for accelerated career progression
