Job Overview:
We are seeking skilled Sales Associates at Reliance Health with a deep understanding of the sales process, including lead generation, relationship management, and deal closure. The ideal candidates will excel at driving customer acquisition, increasing revenue, and maintaining our competitive edge in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new markets, business opportunities, and avenues for increased sales.
- Build, develop, and maintain relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Foster partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Promote and sell our services to meet client needs and achieve sales targets.
- Follow up on business leads and opportunities promptly.
- Grow and maintain strategic industry relationships and networks.
- Address client objections and provide effective solutions to challenges.
- Plan strategically to set and achieve company sales goals, using data analysis to adjust objectives when necessary.
- Generate leads and nurture client relationships to expand our customer base.
- Create and implement sales strategies that extend our market reach globally.
- Identify skill gaps within the team and develop plans to address them.
- Monitor and guide the sales team’s performance through regular check-ins to ensure targets are met.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of B2B sales experience, ideally within the health insurance or general insurance sector.
- Proven ability to set sales targets, close deals, and consistently meet objectives.
- Strong analytical skills with strategic thinking and leadership capabilities.
- Expertise in consultative selling and the ability to guide prospects effectively.
- Experience identifying new markets and business opportunities to drive growth.
- Fast learner with excellent negotiation skills and a successful sales track record.
- Ability to inspire and mentor others to achieve their sales potential.
