Job Description
  • Identify and engage potential clients to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Ensure excellent product display and merchandising in assigned stores
  • Guarantee product availability and promote experiential marketing
  • Execute marketing activations and sales promotions
  • Provide reports and feedback on brand performance
  • Support the Store Manager with other assigned responsibilities
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in Sales or Business Development is an added advantage
  • Good understanding of sales tools, techniques, and strategies
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Proactive in identifying and leveraging sales opportunities
Salary

₦100,000 – ₦150,000 per month plus performance-based incentives
