Job Summary
The Sales Coordinator will support the corrugated packaging sales team by managing customer accounts, coordinating orders, preparing sales documentation, and ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction. This role demands strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and relevant experience in the corrugated packaging industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and process customer orders, inquiries, and requests related to corrugated packaging
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and client presentations
- Monitor stock levels and collaborate with inventory teams to ensure supply
- Generate sales reports and support forecasting and planning
- Maintain accurate sales transaction and client communication records
- Work closely with production, logistics, and quality control teams for timely and accurate delivery
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales support or coordination, preferably in the corrugated packaging industry
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and sales software such as CRM systems
- Strong understanding of corrugated materials, packaging processes, and customer requirements
