Job Summary

Future Moves Recruitment Agency is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Executive to join a dynamic real estate sales team. The successful candidate will generate leads, build client relationships, and close property sales. This role demands strong communication skills, market knowledge, and a passion for helping clients achieve their property goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Actively seek out and generate new leads through networking, referrals, and online platforms.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on property trends, prices, and competitors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Present and showcase properties to clients through site visits, virtual tours, and meetings.
  • Negotiate property deals and prepare necessary sales documents, including agreements and contracts.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, legal) to ensure seamless transactions.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
  • HND or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in real estate sales.
  • Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and property regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
Salary / Benefits
  • ₦150,000 – ₦200,000 per month.
  • Up to 5% commission on every closed deal.
  • Additional incentives for exceeding targets.
