Job Description

Krystallyx Glassware is seeking to recruit two (2) female Sales Representatives to join our team. The ideal candidates must be passionate about sales, possess excellent communication skills, and have experience in the glassware or related field.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and meet monthly targets.
• Engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide appropriate recommendations.
• Maintain and grow customer relationships to enhance repeat business.
• Ensure proper documentation of sales activities.
• Use a smartphone effectively for communication and reporting.

Required Qualifications

• Educational Background: HND, OND, or Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales-related field.
• Proximity: Must reside in close proximity to Lekki Phase 1.
• Age Requirement: Preferred age below 40.

Required Skills

• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Familiarity with using a smartphone for work-related activities.

Salary and Benefits

• Base Salary: ₦70,000 – ₦80,000 per month.
• Commission: Additional earned commission based on performance.
