Job Description:
- The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling the company’s products and services to customers (both B2B and B2C), employing innovative campaign strategies to market the company’s offerings and brand identity.
- Responsibilities include identifying potential clients, generating leads, engaging with prospects, demonstrating product features, negotiating, and closing sales.
- This role involves conducting market research, working within a team to meet deadlines, and adjusting marketing strategies to enhance consumer engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Identify new markets and business opportunities, arranging meetings with potential customers. Engage in Business to Business (B2B) or Business to Customers (B2C) sales and marketing activities.
- Visit potential customers, develop, and maintain business relationships. Provide accurate cost calculations for quotations to customers.
- Negotiate terms of agreements to close sales. Support the marketing manager in overseeing department operations.
- Plan advertising and promotional campaigns on various media (social, print, etc.). Collaborate with stakeholders, distributors, and vendors to enhance the company’s presence and campaign success.
- Prepare marketing material content and oversee its distribution. Collaborate on budgets and monitor expenses with managers.
- Assist in designing, negotiating, and placing ads on various media platforms. Provide product information and deliver samples to clients.
- Organize and attend sales meetings, training sessions, and events to boost brand awareness. Work with the sales team to develop and implement brand strategies.
- Build positive relationships with medical representatives to influence decision-making. Monitor market conditions for competitive advantage.
- Maintain accurate records for reporting and feedback.
- Contribute to marketing strategy implementation.
- Conduct market research to understand target audience needs and preferences.
- Review previous campaigns to assess their effectiveness and suggest improvements.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Economics, or related fields. MBA is advantageous.
Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex proposals to executive-level audiences.
- Strong interpersonal and client management abilities.
