Sales Executive at Novarick homes & property limited
Novarick homes & property limited is looking for energetic and talented young professionals to join its SalesForce. The successful candidates will be instrumental in generating revenue and expanding the company’s client base within the real estate market. Job Key Responsibilities:
- Client Development: Build and maintain a client database, and handle tasks related to marketing, sales, communication, and public relations.
- Data Analysis: Track and analyze data to monitor progress, identify areas for improvement, and formulate data-driven strategies.
- Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to identify and engage potential clients, investors, and partners.
- Multi-channel Engagement: Use digital marketing, networking, and referrals to generate leads; conduct market research to stay on top of trends and opportunities in real estate.
- Reporting: Provide regular insights and reports to management to aid strategic decisions.
- Training: Conduct monthly training sessions for realtors.
- Realtor Management: Manage realtor groups, recruit marketing agencies, and individual realtors, and maintain strong relationships with industry stakeholders.
- Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand the company’s presence.
- Sales Collaboration: Work with sales and marketing teams to create effective sales strategies and address client inquiries and concerns to secure business opportunities.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations with realtors, agencies, and partners to secure favorable terms.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Budgeting and Control: Participate in budget planning for business development, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Continuous Learning: Keep skills and knowledge up-to-date through industry-related training.
- Program Reporting: Regularly report program outcomes to management.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated with industry regulations, legal requirements, and best practices.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed on local and national real estate market changes.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to align efforts with business goals.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Sales, or related field.
- Location: Must be based in Lagos.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales within the real estate sector.
- Readiness: Must be ready to start immediately.
- Sales Cycle Understanding: Basic knowledge of the sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Skills: Strong communication, presentation, negotiation skills, and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Software Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Documentation: Ability to create well-structured business documents like proposals, reports, and presentations.

- Salary: ₦150,000 net per month.
