Job Overview:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the sales of Orient Global Manufacturing Limited products, including discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction. This role requires exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, strong organizational abilities, and a commitment to contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization.
Major Job Functions:
- Customer Identification and Engagement:
- Identify potential customers, understand their needs, and propose suitable products.
- Conduct market research for new products and stay updated on industry trends and market opportunities.
- Sales and Negotiation:
- Sell company products, prepare sales contracts, negotiate prices, and manage client accounts.
- Negotiate sales contracts and terms with clients.
- Order Fulfillment:
- Follow up with the warehouse/logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products to clients.
- Product Presentation:
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Customer Support:
- Provide after-sales support, address complaints, and solve problems.
- Maintain and improve relationships with existing customers through regular follow-ups and visits.
- Business Relationship Development:
- Foster long-term business relationships with customers built on trust and satisfaction.
- Inform the Assistant Sales Manager about customer challenges, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Sales Activity Documentation:
- Maintain records of all sales activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and other follow-ups.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Educational Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales Executive.
- Strong background in chemicals trading.
- Skills:
- Strong sales skills for effective deal negotiation and sales closure.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining client relationships.
- Proficient in understanding client needs and providing excellent customer service.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Flexibility to travel as needed.
Salary:
- ₦250,000 – ₦300,000 Monthly.
