Sales Executive at Refonte Learning
Refonte Learning is an Ed-Tech division of Refonte Private Limited, dedicated to empowering individuals and businesses in the digital age. We offer industry-relevant IT training programs in Python, SQL, Tableau, and Advanced Excel, along with hands-on projects and internships through our Global Training & Internship Program (OGTIP). Additionally, we provide cutting-edge digital marketing solutions to help businesses grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with prospective clients, including individuals and businesses, to promote IT training programs and digital marketing services.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve enrollment and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, professionals, and corporate partners.
- Present tailored solutions highlighting the benefits of Refonte Learning’s OGTIP program and training offerings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute lead generation campaigns.
- Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and client feedback to improve sales strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to position Refonte Learning as a leader in Ed-Tech and digital marketing.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in Ed-Tech, IT training, or digital marketing sectors.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and present technical concepts (e.g., IT training modules) to non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales automation software.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Salary
₦100,000 – ₦150,000 Monthly
