Job Description
Sayed Farms Limited seeks an experienced Sales Manager with a solid background in feedmill operations to lead sales strategies and improve market share. The role requires expertise in customer management, logistics, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to boost market share for all product lines in collaboration with management.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring timely order servicing via SAP online platforms.
- Adhere to payment confirmation protocols before processing orders.
- Monitor and maintain stock conditions, ensuring shelf life standards are met.
- Submit daily stock reports to management, highlighting inventory levels and conditions.
- Optimize delivery routes for cost efficiency and timely deliveries.
- Address shipping and logistics challenges to minimize operational disruptions.
- Create and enforce policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and customer service.
- Evaluate and refine processes to align with customer needs and company goals.
- Provide regular sales performance updates and stock-level reports to management.
- Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related fields.
- 6–8 years of sales experience, preferably in the feedmill or manufacturing sector.
- Proficiency in SAP and other sales-related platforms.
- Strong understanding of inventory management and logistics operations.
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Salary
₦350,000 – ₦450,000 / Month
