Job Summary

Profiled Properties is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, sales expertise, and the ability to drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and motivation.
  • Conduct sales forecasting and performance analysis to optimize sales operations.
  • Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to enhance sales efforts.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • A Master’s degree in Business Administration is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales and sales leadership.
  • Proven track record of success in sales strategy development and execution.
  • Experience in managing and developing sales teams.
  • Strong analytical skills for sales forecasting and performance evaluation.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Salary

₦300,000 per month
