Program Overview

The SAP Young Professionals Program is a free initiative delivered by the Digital Skills Center of SAP. This 2-month program is designed to equip recent graduates with SAP certifications and essential soft skills required to launch a career as an SAP Associate Consultant.

At the end of the training, SAP will work closely with program graduates to connect them with job opportunities within the SAP ecosystem, including SAP customers and partners.

Role of an SAP Consultant

SAP Consultants play a crucial role in enterprise transformation and contribute to various project phases, including:

• Blueprinting, design, and implementation
• System operation and optimization
• Upgrades and process improvement
• Business process and functional expertise
• Consulting and relationship management

SAP Consultants are also responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, delivering business value, and developing strong client relationships.

Certification Details

SAP S/4HANA Cloud is an ERP system with built-in AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics. It helps businesses adopt new models, manage change quickly, and enhance decision-making through predictive insights.

Eligibility Requirements

• Legal right to work in Nigeria.
• Currently unemployed or working in a part-time/non-permanent role not related to career aspirations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or Data Science.
• Graduated within the last 3 years with a high GPA (proof may be required).
• Strong interest in SAP consulting, including travel opportunities.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Full-time availability from 9 AM – 6 PM, Monday to Friday, throughout the 2-month training program.
• Stable internet connection is required for virtual training sessions.
