Program Overview

Schneider Electric is launching its 2025 Graduate Trainee Program, designed to attract and develop fresh graduates looking to kick-start their careers in a dynamic, innovative environment. This onsite training program features rotational assignments across various business lines, offering opportunities to collaborate with local and global teams, receive mentorship, and contribute to impactful projects.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured training programs and hands-on projects.
• Work closely with experienced professionals to gain industry knowledge.
• Contribute to multiple departments and key business operations.
• Engage in continuous learning and career development initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM discipline (Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Computer & Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering).
• Must have graduated between September 2024 and December 2024 or be awaiting graduation in 2024.
• Must be currently enrolled in NYSC or awaiting registration.
• Candidates awaiting graduation must provide proof of completion of academic coursework, supported by a letter from their institution confirming expected graduation.
• Must have graduated with a minimum of a 2nd Class Upper Division or provide supporting evidence of achieving this final score.
• Strong academic record, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work onsite at our Lagos, Nigeria office.
• Eagerness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
