Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary educator to join our team as a School Administrator. The successful candidate will possess a passion for education, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record of fostering excellence within an academic environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement academic programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, staff, parents, and the community.
- Oversee school start-up activities.
- Manage day-to-day operations, including budgeting and scheduling.
- Oversee curriculum development.
- Ensure student welfare and cultivate a positive school culture.
- Engage with the local community and build partnerships.
- Model and promote the school’s vision and values.
- Translate the school’s vision into actionable plans and policies.
- Recruit, train, and support staff.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in an education-related discipline.
- Ability to think strategically and translate visions into plans.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Commitment to education and student development.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in school leadership.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
