Job Description

As a Senior Credit Officer, you will:

• Oversee credit processes and ensure smooth operations.
• Manage and mitigate credit risks.
• Analyze financial data for informed decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Lead a team of credit professionals and collaborate with other departments to optimize credit operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in any discipline from an accredited institution with an NYSC discharge or exemption certificate.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a microfinance institution.
• Strong knowledge of credit risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and computer skills.
• Motivated to work and grow in a performance-driven environment.
• Willingness to undertake fieldwork as part of the role.
