Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior Facility & Production Engineer to manage and enhance the production systems of our client’s gas and crude oil facility. The ideal candidate will oversee the production processes, ensuring seamless operation of production lines while maintaining top-tier output quality. With your engineering expertise, strong leadership, and attention to detail, you will optimize production processes to achieve maximum efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Facility Management:

  • Perform inspections and maintenance on equipment and facilities.
  • Ensure all assigned equipment and facilities are fully operational for business activities and special events.
  • Manage equipment placement and use within the facility.
  • Adhere to project budgetary constraints.
  • Comply with safety regulations and standards.
  • Coordinate with clients and vendors to source necessary materials or equipment.
  • Train employees on correct machinery operations.
  • Diagnose equipment breakdowns and resolve issues.
  • Hire and manage technicians for facility upkeep.

Production Management:

  • Oversee and manage daily production operations.
  • Design and implement cost-saving measures to improve production processes.
  • Optimize machinery and labor productivity.
  • Enhance the speed and efficiency of production steps.
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure top-grade output.
  • Ensure compliance with project budgets and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with clients and vendors to acquire necessary materials.
  • Analyze and improve current production methods.
  • Manage production line staffing, training, and supervision.
  • Monitor key production metrics and report progress.
Requirements and Skills:
  • B.Sc. in Engineering or a related field.
  • 10-15 years of engineering experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Relevant engineering certifications.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn about the equipment and facilities.
  • Strong understanding of production management, quality standards, and health & safety regulations.
  • Experience with performance evaluation, budgeting, and production reporting.
