Job Description

As a Senior Product Designer at Univacity, you will shape the user experience and visual identity of our platform, significantly influencing how students discover and access educational opportunities worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Lead the entire design process, including user research, ideation, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to ensure user-centered, cohesive designs.
• Utilize user feedback to iterate and improve designs continuously.
• Create intuitive, visually appealing interfaces that align with our brand and optimize the user journey.
• Mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of design excellence and growth.
• Stay informed on design trends, tools, and emerging technologies to bring innovative solutions to the platform.

Requirements

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Design, HCI, or related field.
• Experience: Proven Product Designer experience with a strong portfolio of diverse digital design projects.
• Skills: Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.; deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills; creative problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
• Bonus: Familiarity with front-end development concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
