About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer (UX) to lead design efforts for our financial products, ensuring intuitive, user-centered experiences. You’ll drive the full design process, collaborate across teams, and mentor junior designers while delivering impactful, scalable, and accessible designs across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and implement UX/UI design strategies aligned with product and user goals
  • Lead end-to-end design processes: research, ideation, prototyping, testing, and delivery
  • Conduct advanced user research, usability testing, and A/B experiments
  • Work closely with product managers and engineers for smooth implementation
  • Design and evolve our UI design system, including scalable components and patterns
  • Promote accessibility (A11y) and inclusive design principles across products
  • Create micro-interactions and motion design elements to enhance UX
  • Use UX analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, Mixpanel) to drive improvements
  • Mentor junior designers and help cultivate a high-performing design culture
  • Stay current on fintech design trends and industry standards
Requirements
  • 3+ years in a senior UX/product design role with a proven portfolio of impactful work
  • Strong command of visual design, interaction design, and user flows
  • Experience designing for both mobile and web (responsive, adaptive)
  • Deep knowledge of behavioural psychology in user experience
  • Skilled in user research and usability testing methodologies
  • Proficiency in Figma (auto layout, component variants, interactive prototypes)
  • Familiarity with motion design tools (e.g., Lottie, After Effects, Principle)
  • Understanding of atomic design and scalable UI frameworks
  • Experience in fintech or SaaS is a strong advantage
  • Excellent communication skills; able to defend design decisions and influence stakeholders
  • Agile, collaborative mindset, and comfort working in fast-paced product environments
