Job Overview:

We are in search of a responsible Senior Project Engineer to oversee all engineering and technical disciplines involved in our projects. The ideal candidate will schedule, plan, forecast, resource, and manage all technical activities to ensure project accuracy and quality from conception through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned engineering projects.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards, and specifications.
• Conduct overall quality control of work, including budget, schedule, plans, and personnel performance, while regularly reporting project status to management.
• Assign responsibilities and mentor project teams.
• Review engineering deliverables and initiate necessary corrective actions.
• Engage daily with clients to understand their needs and requirements and represent them on-site.

Requirements and Skills:

• A minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience as a Project Engineer in the Oil and Gas sector.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Ability to manage projects across multiple disciplines.
• Strong project management and supervisory skills.
• Effective decision-making and leadership abilities.
• A valid engineering license.
• Proficient time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent knowledge of design and visualization software, including AutoCAD.
• Advanced skills in MS Office.
• Familiarity with industry rules, regulations, best practices, and performance standards.
