Job Summary

As an SEO Specialist, you will develop and manage strategies to enhance search engine rankings, drive website traffic, and maximize return on investment (ROI). Your expertise will span SEO and SEM, including content strategy, keyword research, and paid search campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
• Manage SEM campaigns across platforms like Google, Yahoo, and Bing to maximize ROI.
• Conduct thorough keyword research and optimize campaigns for target keywords.
• Track, analyze, and report on website traffic and PPC performance metrics.
• Optimize website content and landing pages for improved visibility and conversions.
• Collaborate with editorial, marketing, and development teams to uphold SEO best practices.
• Execute link-building strategies and analyze competitor SEO/SEM tactics.
• Stay informed on industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging best practices.
• Manage campaign budgets and provide accurate cost estimates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in SEO and SEM, including PPC campaign management.
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices, ranking factors, and algorithms.
• Proficiency in website analytics and bid management tools.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with A/B testing and multivariate experiments.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
