Site Administrator at Craneburg Construction

Job Summary
The Site Administrator is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and HR support to a construction site within Lagos State, with potential transfer to other states across Nigeria. The role requires an organized individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of site activities (daily progress reports, material deliveries, equipment usage, personnel attendance).
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of site personnel.
- Maintain effective communication with the project manager, site engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with local communities.
- Manage site correspondence (emails, memos, and reports).
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and environmental standards.
