Moniepoint is seeking an innovative Social Media Manager to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for a creative and strategic individual with expertise in content creation and budget management, aimed at growing our social media presence.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and followers across platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Create compelling, high-quality content that resonates with our target audience, promoting our services and values.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media strategies with broader marketing campaigns and organizational objectives.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with influencers and partners to expand brand reach and credibility.
  • Engage with our community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a positive brand image.
  • Efficiently manage social media budgets to ensure maximum ROI on campaigns.
  • Utilize analytics tools to monitor, evaluate, and report on the performance of social media campaigns, making necessary adjustments to drive growth.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends and tools, integrating new and creative tactics to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful content creation and growth strategies across Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team or independently.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for innovation.
  • Ability to analyze data and insights to guide content creation and strategy adjustments.
