Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Create and manage engaging multimedia content while ensuring consistent brand tone and identity
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and generate reports with actionable insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media goals with overall marketing strategies
  • Stay current with social media trends, best practices, and platform updates
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns including budgeting, targeting, and performance evaluation
  • Monitor SEO and web traffic to gauge effectiveness of social efforts
Requirements
  • HND or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience managing social media for brands
  • Portfolio or case studies demonstrating past campaign success
  • Skilled in social media tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social
  • Solid grasp of social media KPIs and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite)
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
  • Creative thinking with a knack for storytelling and content development
  • Experience using graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite
  • Must be proficient with CapCut for video editing
