Job Description

  • Supervision of all Depot Operations in terms of process flow, orderliness, space utilization, stock storage, receipt, and issuance of stock.
  • Stock Monitoring and Coordination
  • Ensures proper documentation and filing of all transactions
  • Coordinates and participates in stock count exercises.
  • Ensures smooth operation of all the Depots
  • Review all Depots requisitions and plan shipment according to different routes vs. the depot locations (i.e. plot routes and process shipments)
  • Supervise pick up, put away, loading, and unloading of inbound and outbound trucks from the warehouse.
  • Prepare periodic reports – weekly, and monthly with respect to stock.
