Job Summary:

As a Staffing Specialist, you will focus on sourcing and recruiting candidates for project-based assignments. You will also be responsible for generating business by seeking new clients and ensuring the timely delivery of candidates.

Job Responsibilities:

• Project-Based Recruitment: Source and recruit candidates for permanent, contract, and temporary project assignments.
• Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
• Client Communication: Maintain open communication with clients and provide recruitment updates.
• Candidate Management: Oversee onboarding, orientation, and communication with candidates throughout the project.
• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities via networking and prospecting.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate records of the recruitment process.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in staffing or recruitment.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with clients and candidates.
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects.
• Problem-solving abilities to overcome challenges during recruitment.
• Business development skills to identify new opportunities.
• Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment practices.

Salary:

₦150,000 – ₦200,000 per successful role filled.
