Program Description

The Stanbic IBTC Digital Graduate Trainee Program is designed to identify, attract, and develop digitally savvy graduates who will drive the future of digital banking and technology within Stanbic IBTC Group. This intensive program offers a fast-tracked career for resourceful and passionate young professionals.

Preferred Qualification & Experience

• Minimum of Second Class Upper (or equivalent) in Information Technology or any other discipline from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 5 credits (including Mathematics and English) in GCE, NECO, or equivalent.
• Maximum age of 26 years as of the engagement date.
• Must have completed NYSC with a valid discharge certificate.
• Applicant’s Date of Birth, Gender, and Class of Degree must be clearly stated.

Knowledge / Technical Skills Required

• Proficiency in programming languages: Java, C#, C++, JavaScript, Ruby, SQL.
• Mobile app development skills.
• User Interface & User Experience (UI/UX) Design.
• Microservice architecture & development.
• Cloud computing and security expertise (Cloud Admin/Tech, Cloud Security, Cloud Application Development).
• CI/CD technology and automated testing.
• Linux OS administration and Operations Support.
• Penetration testing and intrusion detection.
• IoT and Blockchain development.
• Data analytics and emerging technologies.
