Job Description

Our client is a coaching and counseling company with affiliation with an international coaching organisation. The company’s goal is to help people and organisations be their best through team coaching and leadership development. As part of expansion, the company is now seeking to recruit a results-driven Marketing & Business Development Manager .

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for evaluating and optimising marketing strategies, analysing market trends and preparing forecasts. You will generate new business leads and increase brand awareness and market share.

 

Responsibilities

 

  1. Oversee branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
  2. Oversee the company’s attendance at events, such as trade shows, conferences, and festivals.
  3. Negotiate and liaise with third-party marketing agencies.
  4. Manage the design and production of promotional materials, such as websites and brochures
  5. Keep informed of marketing strategies and trends.
  6. Track effectiveness of marketing campaigns
  7. Plan digital marketing campaigns
  8. Maintain and manage the company’s social media presence across all digital channels
  9. Plan and create content
  10. Graphics Design
  11. Creative Writing
  12. Monitor and evaluate online media campaigns

 

Job Requirements

 

  • University Degree with an MBA in Marketing, Management, or related Field. Professional Qualifications from CIM or others will be an advantage
  • Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, proactive and self- motivated.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Attention to details.
  • Business development and marketing expertise.
  • Ability to work under pressure and with minimum supervision.
  • Microsoft business packages: Excel, Word, Power point.
  • Good conflict management skills.
  • Strategic leadership skills.

  • Experience in the design of market segmentation and sales coverage.
  • Proficient in the application of market research.
  • Excellent influencing.
