Job Description

As a Technical Support Intern, you will assist the Technical Support team in diagnosing and resolving technical issues while ensuring customer satisfaction. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in the ICT industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person.
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of ICT equipment and software.
• Document technical issues and their resolutions for future reference.
• Support routine system maintenance and updates.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless technical operations.
• Stay informed on the latest ICT trends and products.

Qualifications

• Education: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (recent graduates or NYSC members are encouraged to apply).
• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
• Attitude: Proactive and eager to learn.

Salary

₦70,000 – ₦80,000 Monthly
