Job Description
Summary of Responsibilities – Chief Security Officer (Hotel)

Security Operations Oversight – Supervise all security activities across the hotel premises, including guest areas, staff zones, and perimeter surveillance.

Risk Assessment & Prevention – Identify potential security threats and implement preventive measures to protect guests, employees, and property.

Crisis & Emergency Management – Develop and lead response protocols for emergencies such as fire, theft, medical incidents, or natural disasters.

Surveillance & Monitoring – Manage CCTV systems, access control, and alarm systems to ensure continuous monitoring and incident response.

Guest & Staff Safety – Ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and visitors through proactive patrolling, checks, and protocols.

Security Team Leadership – Recruit, train, and supervise security personnel; conduct regular drills and performance reviews.

Compliance & Legal Adherence – Ensure hotel operations comply with local laws, safety regulations, and industry standards.
