Job Description

Summary of Responsibilities – Guest Relations Officer (GRO)

  1. Guest Welcome & Check-In Support – Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and assist with smooth check-in procedures.

  2. Guest Service & Satisfaction – Ensure guests’ needs are met promptly and professionally throughout their stay.

  3. Problem Resolution – Handle complaints and resolve issues efficiently to ensure guest satisfaction.

  4. VIP Guest Management – Provide personalized service to VIPs and special guests, including room preferences and special requests.

  5. Information & Assistance – Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.

  6. Guest Feedback Collection – Gather and report guest feedback to improve service quality.

  7. Coordination with Departments – Liaise with housekeeping, room service, and other departments to fulfill guest requests.

  8. Special Arrangements – Assist with reservations, bookings, transportation, and other guest needs.

  9. Departure Experience – Ensure a smooth check-out and farewell experience for departing guests.

  10. Maintaining Guest Records – Keep detailed records of guest preferences and interactions for future reference.
