Job Description

Summary of Responsibilities – F&B Manager

  1. Oversee Daily Operations – Manage all food and beverage outlets for smooth service delivery.

  2. Staff Supervision – Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate F&B staff.

  3. Customer Service Management – Ensure excellent guest experience and handle complaints.

  4. Budgeting & Cost Control – Develop budgets, control food & beverage costs, and maximize profitability.

  5. Inventory Management – Manage stock levels, ordering, and supplier relationships.

  6. Health & Safety Compliance – Enforce hygiene, sanitation, and licensing standards.

  7. Menu Development – Collaborate on menu planning and introduce innovative offerings.

  8. Sales & Promotions Support – Coordinate with marketing to drive F&B sales and promotions.

  9. Event & Banquet Coordination – Oversee F&B services for events and special functions.

  10. Reporting & Administration – Prepare operational and financial reports; maintain accurate records.
