Job Summary: 

The Poultry Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall daily operations of the poultry farm, ensuring optimal production performance, flock health, operational efficiency and compliance with standard poultry management practices.

Qualifications: HND/BSc in Animal Science, Agriculture or Veterinary-related discipline

Requirements:

  • Relevant work experience in poultry farm operations (broilers/layers production systems)
  • Familiarity with feeding programs, vaccination schedules and biosecurity measures
  • Ability to monitor flock health, mortality rate and poultry disease prevention controls
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills
  • Experience in farm inventory records and flock health management
  • Must reside close to the locations
