Who Should Apply?
To be eligible for the Toyota Graduate Training Programme, you must meet the following criteria:
- Educational Background: You should be in your final year of study or have already completed the necessary qualifications.
- Age: 32 years or younger.
- Personal Traits: Demonstrate a passion for learning, self-motivation, and a strong desire to contribute positively to the organization.
- Skills: Show resilience, innovative thinking, and a drive to advance Toyota’s goals.
- Specific Qualifications:
- Engineering: BSc/BTech/BEng in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial, Electrical, or Electronics.
- Supply Chain Management: BTech/BCom.
- Computer Science/Coding: BSc in Computer Science.
- Marketing: BCom in Marketing.
- Economics: BCom in Economics.
- Law: LLB (Bachelor of Laws).
- Management/Communications: BSoc Sci/BCom/BA in Management or Communications.
- Accounting: CIMA Level 3 or Chartered Accountant with Big 4 auditing experience.
- Business Administration: BBusSci/BBA.
- Information Technology: BSc/BTech or ND in IT.
- Human Resources: BTech in Human Resources.
